Inaugural Annual Meeting Feb 3-4, 2007

22 neurologists attended all or part of this first meeting of the INA at the downtown Des Moines Marriott Hotel.  6.75 hours of CME was awarded. 

Topics included an Epilepsy Update, Neurological Disorders, Driving and the DOT, Research in MS, Parkinson's Disease Practice Guidelines, Camptocormia, and a CPC regarding rapidly progressive dementia. 

Practice management topics were Pay for Performance and Medicare reimbursement to Iowa physicians.  Advocacy topics included the state stroke task force update, EMG scope of practice, and a key issues survey.
